Therapeutic macro dose of psilocybin | Hallucinogen mushrooms.

First of all, note that serotonin and dopamine are key neurotransmitters for the central nervous system. Each synapse (neuronal connection) releases serotonin, and then the same system recaptures part of that neurotransmitter, as this naturally optimizes functions. This is what science manipulates in such a meticulous way with medications, which of course impacts dopaminergic function and the central nervous system.

Having established that, to understand the physical logic behind the use of psilocybin and its therapeutic application, I will first clarify certain technical aspects. I have reviewed studies and articles published in scientific journals, such as this one: https://www.nature.com/articles/npp2009233, in which exogenous neuromodulators (medications) are used to treat stress and anxiety. I have noticed that the principle used is to inhibit the reuptake of serotonin during synapse transmission, and in some cases, norepinephrine as well, hoping for a better and smoother neuronal response. They eventually achieve this, because the results show that enhancing 5-HT (serotonin) neurotransmission decreases sensitivity to negative feedback and increases sensitivity to reward (positive feedback), while reducing it has the opposite effect. However, “this modulation must be appropriate,” because an exaggeration in either direction is detrimental; that is, it cannot be over- or under-inhibited, and that's where the adjustment begins with the type of medication and the dosage. The side effects are extensive and alter biological functions to a greater or lesser degree, since the aforementioned reuptake would be counterproductive for amino acid production, and physiological dynamics would suffer cascading alterations. Up to this point, the use of neuromodulators seems more or less positive, but the nature of the manipulation used in their trials is generally biased and does not consider all the neurophysiological aspects that should be taken into account, at least in my opinion, and I will now explain why.​
The studies have a biased approach because they attempt to correct serotonergic function exogenously by manipulating bioavailable serotonin, thus invasively modifying the aforementioned neurofunctionality and physiological dynamics. And of course, by assuming that serotonin is metabolized solely from the amino acid tryptophan, it's assumed that this amino acid isn't generated by a completely endogenous process; that is, that humans don't produce it themselves but rather incorporate it only through diet. While this is correct, tryptophan isn't the best 5-HT agonist; in other words, it's not the most efficient way to produce serotonin. The most efficient form of serotonergic production and function is closely linked to the function of the pineal gland, the hormone melatonin, and DMT, but this hasn't been proven, or hasn't been published—of course, I may also be unaware of it. Many scientists accept this as a possibility, I suppose others deny it, and there will be those who conceal it. In short, the treatments focus on modulating the connections based on existing serotonin, counteracting the neurofunctional processes that stimulate the overproduction of melatonin (True Yoga). To reiterate, what I mean is that, with yogic discipline, we can use more DMT (endogenous) than tryptophan (exogenous), thereby increasing neuromotor autonomy and homeostasis (balance).

So, let's be clear: the least efficient pathway for 5-HT production is through the metabolism of the amino acid tryptophan, which is obtained solely from food. This amino acid needs to be absorbed in the intestine, competing with others, which means our system can't absorb enough. Furthermore, it must also cross the blood-brain barrier to reach the brain. On the other hand, it's often said that the nine essential amino acids, including tryptophan, are not produced by humans and must be obtained exogenously. This is only partly true, because, as I've already mentioned, the exogenous pathway isn't the only one, and it's not the most efficient. The primary pathway is through melatonin and its metabolism into dimethyltryptamine (DMT). DMT should be the main 5-HT agonist, followed by tryptophan, but it turns out that achieving proper pineal gland function requires a great deal of discipline. Because, I reiterate, melatonin is a secretion of the aforementioned gland, and the function of this hormone is always related to the regulation of the circadian rhythm (sleep), but "its metabolism to DMT is not discussed," because according to some, such a thing doesn't exist. Denying this is the worst mistake in science. For some, this is already obvious, as is my case, since without that function I couldn't provide my therapies.
If you truly understand what I'm saying, you can see that common nutritional concepts are also biased and highly relative, since they focus on food as the primary method of obtaining amino acids, proteins, and carbohydrates. This doesn't mean that nutrition is entirely false, because this absorption from food does occur, but nutrition is based on a flawed foundation. This is because humans themselves can readily generate essential amino acids from DMT, which, through a cascade effect, are then converted into proteins and carbohydrates.

Food intoxicates us to a greater or lesser degree. Some foods have very low toxicity, but introducing substances into our bodies implies some degree of intoxication. In fact, oxygen does too, because an excess of it leads to alkalosis, an acid-base imbalance. Of course, oxidation is part of cellular cycles, and the less toxic what we ingest is (quantity/quality), the fewer free radicals (harmful waste products) we will have to eliminate. Excesses lead to severe intoxication, and an excess is not only a matter of quantity but also frequency, without disregarding the qualitative factor (food quality). Food addiction makes us sick, regardless of the food. Prolonged fasting detoxifies because it gives the system the space to recover. So, note that the balance lies between hunger and illness. If we detoxify gradually, we can go days and days without eating; we don't need to, but it's part of our instinct, and it's good to integrate it, but it must be done autonomously. Electrical impulses (EGO) should not control our responses, as this lack of autonomy reflects anxiety, and it's not good for our nervous system to eat out of anxiety. Food should be incorporated through a subtle response and by clear, conscious decision. So, from now on, I suggest you eat very slowly and keep in mind that food is secondary nourishment, with DMT being the primary one. Observe, discern, decide.
At this point, I can refer to autonomy and the pineal gland. Many foods are designed to calcify this gland, and if we don't stimulate it, it atrophies. Pineal means "sacred antenna" because it modulates the signal to synchronize with our original genetic code. It is the third movement of the key, or Kybalion. Once the three secret movements are completed, the neurofunctional processes toward superconsciousness are activated, and these are unique to each individual. Melatonin is the hormone that regulates the circadian rhythm through the parasympathetic system (vagus nerve). In short, melatonin is metabolized into dimethyltryptamine, and many scientists know this by deduction; others are skeptical, but as I mentioned earlier, no official proof has been proposed, or perhaps it has and I'm unaware of it. This could be verified by using any yogi or Sufi as a volunteer. Dimethyltryptamine, or DMT, has the exact same molecular formula as psilocin (C12H16N2O). When we use psychedelics like mushrooms, the body metabolizes psilocybin into psilocin, which is DMT—in other words, it's the same thing. Entheogens like mushrooms would be our exogenous option, but humans generate their own DMT from melatonin.

Understand this: if we generate our own hallucinogen, we can experience the effects of mushrooms without actually consuming them, and that's true. This stimulates neuronal 5HT receptors, just as psilocybin mushrooms do.

Psilocybin metabolizes to psilocin, and both are analogs of dimethyltryptamine (DMT).​
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​More than 90% of serotonin is generated in the gut, the rest in the brain, and this occurs easily compared to the quantitative absorption of dimethyltryptamine, unlike the slow absorption of tryptophan, which must cross the blood-brain barrier to reach the brain and compete with other amino acids to be absorbed in the gut.

In conclusion, the secret to secreting large amounts of melatonin, and therefore DMT, is a combination of habits like those mentioned. The quantitative factor of endogenous melatonin will not cause an excess or imbalance; imbalances only occur due to exogenous action. Everything is perfect, and our system is intelligent if we remember how to use it. In sessions, the incorporation of psilocybin in macro doses (exogenous) is measured according to the individual's body weight and psychological state; there are no excesses. Generally, around two grams are used, although this can be doubled for some. Both tryptophan and DMT contribute to the immune system in anti-inflammatory processes, although I suspect they do much more than that, and I say this because I am living proof. For years, inexplicable repair processes occurred in me, which I only now understand, in addition to excellent health, and of course, constant psychedelic sensations when I give my therapy, and even when I'm not!

However, the controlled contexts under which trials and therapies are conducted are framed within conventional science, through which the principles of extrasensory physics are not understood, much less mastered. These principles are fundamental to the use of entheogens, given that the biochemical effects respond to electromolecular charges, and these to electromagnetic physics, which are mastered through true parapsychological science. High levels of DMT allow for a synaptic condition that desynchronizes the brain, and this is why we begin to hallucinate, which basically means "seeing the information around us through our original code" (hallucinogen > refers to the gene). Science calls this phase cerebral entropy, and I certainly like that label, since it is a consequence of generating altered states of consciousness. Under these states and with parapsychological therapeutic assistance, the breaking of neurosis (patterns) is facilitated. Entropy refers to a revolutionary transition, because perception becomes more acute and information can be confusing. Nothing the patient perceives during a well-conducted therapy is false, but the ability to interpret the information correctly may be lacking. Scientific approaches call this the "subjective effect" because they clearly ignore its objectivity.

5-HT receptor agonism (serotonin generated from DMT) serves to desynchronize pairs or populations of neurons that are coactivated under typical conditions. This is what I mentioned earlier: breaking neurosis, since these typical conditions are the responses our brain is used to producing, but under the effects of psilocybin, they become desynchronized, increasing brain entropy or randomness and activating homeostatic plasticity (balance) mechanisms. Another interesting aspect is that psychedelics rapidly induce synaptogenesis in the anterior hippocampus and prefrontal cortex, achieving an effect similar to antidepressants.

Mushrooms belong to the fungal kingdom, not the plant kingdom. But both kingdoms contain entheogens. Simply put, an entheogen is something that produces psychedelic effects. One could also say that entheogen means "of divine origin." It's appropriate to consider this process "psychedelic" if we understand that psyche means "breath or spirit" in Sanskrit, although in Greek it means "human soul." Meanwhile, delic refers to an "evident manifestation." Ultimately, "the spirit becomes evident."
It's very important to understand that psilocybin is only a neurofunctional enhancer. So, how is that function present in you? What is it that you're going to enhance? If this entheogen were the key to awakening, it would be a very easy game, and clearly it isn't. I understand that DMT helps create new electrical connections, breaking down the chemical patterns that generate them. However, if we don't guide these hallucinogenic processes, the new connections will be deceptive, forming similar chemical reactions—that is, neurotransmitters consistent with the previous ones. As a result, we might improve certain intellectual responses, but this will only further entangle us in the circumstantial processes of our personal lives. The guidance during these psilocybin retreats revolves around the etheric impulse (true hypnosis), so that the patient feels love within themselves, and the new neural connections develop accordingly.

Therefore, what I propose in my group therapies with macrodoses is to assist in the entropy process that the patient undergoes during the experience, ordering their energy field to remove electrical noise, so they can establish their own direction. I develop my service with complete autonomy and unlimited responsibility because I know how to proceed and I understand what I am doing. In part, these therapies take the form of a clinical trial..

Entering altered states of consciousness should be a regular practice for everyone, without the need for exogenous substances, without the need for psychoactive substances, but always oriented towards love, with discipline. It is the natural way to recover our potential and free the Hydra consciousness. However, and in resonance with what has been described above, there are those who feel they need a small external stimulus, and it is perfectly fine to feel that way. Entheogens exist for those cases, and they are natural, they do not undergo any industrial process. After all, individual experience needs contrast, to see its reflection and understand itself; that's why we need the other, in one way or another.

Psilocybin remains in the blood for 6 to 8 hours, during which time acute neurobiological changes occur. These changes can then continue, mild but persistent, for up to three weeks.
