Natural Law - Preface

The world operates under a legal fiction that uses positive law under the guise of maintaining public order. The truth is that sovereign and autonomous humans don't need to answer to rules written by other humans, since they possess their own discernment (sui iuris), causing neither disorder nor disturbance. Or must one submit to an external authority to be validated? If one doesn't validate oneself, one succumbs to diminutio capitis, agrees to be diminished by another. When a human decides not to adhere to these contracts, they abandon the fictional persona and operate within natural law. From then on, they themselves control and benefit from the legal fiction created for them, because they are now aware of the deception behind the false nations (corporations). The theory of tacit acceptance of the system is just that, a theory. And it's not about rejecting the system as it's currently structured; it's about interacting with it from within our own system, with autonomy of will.

To achieve coherent movement within this framework, it's essential to fully understand its mechanics and cultivate a high level of emotional intelligence. Otherwise, one will be easily manipulated, cornered, and constantly in conflict.
